The cover shows Peter Parker walking away from Spiderman in one of the most conflicted story Spiderman ever faced, as Peter took down his 'friendly neighbourhood' costume. Before rising and embracing his Uncle Ben's wisdom once and for all "with great power comes great responsibilities".
